How We Work
If it isn’t broken, we won’t fix it
We diagnose the problem properly and recommend the most sensible fix first. Sometimes a simple unblock is all that’s needed.
Evidence before repairs
If we think a drain is damaged, we’ll show you on camera and explain the options clearly before any work is carried out.
Fixed prices, no surprises
Domestic unblocking is a fixed £75 + VAT for rods or a plunger and £150 + VAT for jetting, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Evenings, weekends and bank holidays may cost more, and we’ll tell you the rate before we set off.
Small and personal
You deal with us directly, from the first call to the finished job. We’re open 24/7, and phone or WhatsApp is always the best way to reach us.

We work for homeowners, landlords, letting agents, property managers and commercial premises. We also carry out CCTV surveys and drainage investigations for housing associations, schools and commercial clients, and for customers making insurance claims.
Commercial work is from £220 + VAT, and businesses and landlords can ask about drain maintenance agreements.
