Drain unblocking
Outside drains, gullies, manholes and sinks cleared by rodding or high-pressure jetting. Rodding £75 + VAT, jetting £150 + VAT, fixed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Toilet unblocking
Blocked toilets, including stubborn downstairs toilets and blockages in the soil stack.
CCTV drain surveys
Find cracks, roots, displaced joints and collapses. Look-see survey £150 + VAT, or £220 + VAT for one drain with a written report.
Drain tracing
Locate underground drains, buried chambers and problem areas. From £250 + VAT, including drain mapping.
No-dig patch repairs
Seal a crack or open joint from inside the pipe, £450 + VAT for the first patch. Patch repairs only, not full relining.
Excavations and repairs
Collapsed or broken drains dug out and replaced, plus soil stack replacement, gullies and manhole covers.
Land drainage and flooding
Land drains, soakaways and pumping systems for waterlogged gardens and flooding.
Saniflo installation and repairs
Saniflo and macerator systems installed and repaired for toilets and showers where gravity drains can't reach.
Commercial drainage
Shops, restaurants, offices and managed buildings, with maintenance agreements available. From £220 + VAT.

Free CCTV camera check with every unblock where applicable. There's no call-out charge when we carry out the work. If we come out and can't carry out any work, a minimum £30 + VAT wasted-visit charge applies. Fixed prices apply Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Are you open 24/7?

Do you do drain relining?
We offer no-dig patch repairs only, not full relining. A patch seals a single defect, such as a crack or an open joint. Where a pipe has collapsed, we carry out excavation and repair.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're fully insured and DBS checked.
